Month 1: Withdrawal
You will learn expert tools to help you thrive past the obsessing, the grief, and the pain that usually makes you return to trauma bonded relationship and back doown from boundaries.
Month 2: Building Your Life
You will focus on how to build joy, healthy connections, and find yourself while in no contact.
Month 3: Managing Anxiety
You will learn how to let go of recurring anxieties about possibly losing this person, not finding love and happiness again, and putting yourself out there.
