Money (Trauma) Month Community Workshop:

Heal Your Money Trauma: Move from Fear & Anxiety to Easy & Freedom

Saturday, March 9th at 10:00am - 12:00pm CST

In this workshop, we will talk about healing the wounds that sabotage financial goals, increase fear and anxiety around money, and interrupt the ability to enjoy financial abundance and prosperity.

You will learn: 

  • How to heal your sense of unworthiness around money

  • How to break patterns of financial codependence, compulsive spending, hoarding, and overdebting

  • How to repair your relationship with money to be fully available for you to receive and live in stability versus chaos

 
 
 

Mama (Trauma) Month Community Workshop:

Cutting Ties With Mother Wounds & Other Family Trauma

Saturday, February 24th at 10:00am - 12:00pm CST

You will learn: 

  • How to leave behind shame and pain that has been projected onto you

  • How to build self compassion and nurturance to get out of your own way

  • How to create a relationship with your mother (or other family members) that you can move forward with

Shena Lashey

Shena Lashey is a Relational Trauma and Love Addiction Expert, Coach, and Licensed Professional Counselor based out of Houston, TX.

She is the founder of Black Girls Heal, and coaching and therapeutic education company dedicated to helping women of color break the cycles of unavailable relationships & love addiction, heal unresolved childhood trauma and improve their self love to make way for the love they want.

With these specializations, Shena hosts the Black Girls Heal podcast which talks about all things love addiction, intimacy, attachment and healing internal wounds.

She’s created the Healed and Loved Woman Framework™ to help women have a clear path to outline their healing process to become balanced and available to healthy love.
